Solo Training
A workout tracker with an RPG layer that runs on real numbers. Log the set you actually did: weight, reps, effort. Everything else is computed from that. No fantasy stats, no padding.
Finishing testing now. No account, and nothing to cancel later.
Experience is earned, not accumulated.
Log a set: exercise, weight, reps, effort. The app awards experience for the work you genuinely did. Heavier loads, more reps and harder efforts earn more. Grinding out endless light sets does not: experience tapers the more you repeat the same exercise in one session, so the system rewards real training rather than farming a counter.
Four stats, one rank
Strength, endurance, vitality and agility are each computed from your real training history. They combine into a Power Level that gates your rank, E through S. Crossing a threshold makes you eligible; confirming it takes one genuine max-effort set. No rank ever decays, and there is no demotion.
Quests and programs
Each day gets one quest. Pick a program and it prescribes your exercises, weight and reps automatically; log freeform and the quest adapts instead. Clear every exercise in a program day for a bonus. The weekly quota, not the streak, is the metric that actually matters.
A searchable history
A calendar of everything you have logged, searchable by exercise, weight, reps or date. A heat map shows which muscle groups you have actually trained this week, and per-lift history answers the only real question: is this going up?
Genuinely private
No account, no login, no server. Every workout stays on your device and nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you export it yourself. No ads, no analytics, no trackers.
Not medical advice
Solo Training is a workout tracker, not a medical device, and nothing in it is a measure of your health. Consult a physician before starting any exercise programme. See the full disclaimer for details.
