What this covers

This policy covers dessoapps.com, the website you are reading right now, and Desso Apps as the company behind it.

It does not cover the apps. Each app stores different things and asks for different permissions, so each one gets its own policy rather than a single document trying to describe all of them at once. Use the switcher above, or go straight to the Solo Training privacy policy.

The website

The short version: browsing this site is anonymous, and there is nothing here that follows you.

Cookies

None. The site sets no cookies at all.

Analytics

None. No page-view counting, no heatmaps, no session recording.

Third-party embeds

None. No ads, no tag managers, no social widgets.

Account

There isn't one. Nothing to sign up for.

Fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, specifically so that loading a page here doesn't hand your IP address to a third party. That is a deliberate choice and it costs nothing to make.

The contact form

The one place this site collects anything is the contact form on the home page. It is entirely optional. You can email us directly instead, and the address is at the bottom of every page.

• What you send: your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else. There are no hidden fields collecting anything about your device or your browser.
• Why: so we can read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose, and it is the only reason we ask for an email address.
• Where it goes: the form posts to a small function running on Cloudflare, which hands the message to Resend, an email delivery provider, which delivers it to our inbox. Those two companies process it on our behalf so that the message can physically reach us.
• What we never do with it: no marketing list, no newsletter, no sharing or selling to anyone. Writing to us does not sign you up for anything.

There is one hidden field in the form, and it exists to catch spam bots. It is never shown to you, and if it comes back filled in the message is discarded. It collects nothing about you.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes the IP address of incoming requests in order to serve the page and to block attacks. That happens for every visitor whether or not you use the form, and it is not something we can switch off; it is how the web works. We do not receive those logs and do not build any profile from them.

How long anything is kept

Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as it takes to deal with it, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation continues. Resend holds delivery records for 30 days on the plan we use, after which they age out automatically. Ask us to delete your message and we will.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to us holding it. In practice that means one email, since there is no account or dashboard involved, because there are no accounts.

The data controller is Desso Apps, reachable at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the version and effective date at the top of this page change with it. Since there are no accounts, there is no way to notify anyone individually, so checking back here is how to stay current.
